Striving to look beyond the familiar, Cosonas designed and developed various fundamental textile elements: a stripe, a plaid, a texture, and heathered solids for a comprehensive interior solution. Individually, each material stands elegantly on its own. Combined, the collection offers attractive and useful materials that work seamlessly together.

Lashes Out

Lashes Out is a dimensional twist on a simple stripe with a modern look and tactile qualities. Influenced by feathers and fringe found in nature and fashion, this distinctive upholstery fabric brings something new to any design scheme. Woven and crafted using a specialty fil coupé technique, yarns are selectively clipped, leaving behind soft, raised fringed edges that give the fabric its signature feathery texture. Designed to be railroaded, the color of the ground sets the backdrop for carefully spaced horizontal stripes, each a blend of one constant color and two complementary shades. Woven with recycled cotton and polyester, these manufacturing techniques and material components result in an uncommon and distinctive textile available in 8 inviting colorways appropriate for a wide variety of settings.
